IAC Supporter Survey Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all IAC members that complete the survey.
  • Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

  • The Promotion commences on Wednesday 17 November 2021 and entries close on Wednesday 1 December 2021 (promotion period).
  • To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the IAC Supporter Survey to enter the competition during the Promotion Period and enter via the IAC Supporter Survey URL.

Prizes and winning

  • The random prize draw will take place at 10.00am on Tuesday 7 December 2021 at Level 2, 12 Help Street Chatswood NSW 2067
  • The winners will receive an Apple Watch Series 7.
  • Total Prize pool value is under $1,200.

Prize conditions

  • Winners will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw and announced at the IAC Lunch and Learn session on Thursday 9 December.
  • If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted on 14 December 2021. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days.
